How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code.
How are the pieces packed?
Each piece is packed by hand with protective materials - kraft paper, bubble wrap and a reinforced box. My goal is for it to reach you exactly as it left the studio.
Can I order a custom piece?
At the moment I do not accept custom orders. Each piece is born from my creative process and is one of a kind - I do not reproduce forms or accept specific requests. You can subscribe to the newsletter to be notified when new pieces become available.
Can the pieces be in contact with water?
a pomar's works are decorative pieces made from unglazed clay. They are not suitable for holding liquids or for food use. To clean, use a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Can I place the piece outdoors?
I would not recommend it. Unglazed clay absorbs water and may deteriorate with prolonged exposure to rain or humidity. The pieces are designed for indoor use.
What is the guarantee?
The pieces are fragile by nature. I pack everything with the utmost care, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photographs of the piece and the packaging. I assess each case individually.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, even if it arrives in perfect condition. The piece must be in its original packaging and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. More details on the Shipping and Returns page.
How long until I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on the destination. After processing (3 to 5 business days), shipping takes approximately 1 to 3 days for Portugal, 5 to 10 days for Europe, and 10 to 20 days for international orders. These are estimates and may vary.
Can I offer a piece as a gift?
Yes. If you would like, I can include a handwritten note in the packaging. Simply add your message in the order notes or send me a message after your purchase.
Do the pieces come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Each a pomar work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity with the name of the piece, materials, dimensions, year and my signature.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can the colours of the pieces vary from the photographs?
Yes. Each piece is unique and handmade, so there may be slight variations in colour, texture and shape compared to the images on the site. These variations are natural and are part of the character of each work.
Do you ship outside of Europe?
Yes. We ship worldwide. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and local VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. If in doubt, please contact me before ordering.
