Murmúrio takes its name from a low, continuous sound, one that neither rises nor falls silent, but simply endures. The form is closed and full, without handles, drawing inward to a short neck with a small mouth. Modelled in black stoneware, the texture covers the whole piece without interruption, rough and knotted from top to bottom, the pale grain caught in the dark like the murmur of the sea heard long before it is seen.

This work is born from the observation of the silent time inscribed in matter, a contemplative presence between sculpture and everyday ritual, the result of an intuitive process of hand modelling.

A unique piece, it will not be reproduced.
